well my friend Allen and i have been watching this every time we can rent it its kinda a brutal anime but its totally kick ^&*. i love it the story line is pretty tight from how far we have gotten but im still not totally sure whats happening 100% of the time...lol

this mercenary named Guts (( because he was born from a dead woman's womb)) joins a mercenary band called the band of hawks who are under the command of a man with bone white hair and very pale completion named griffith are basically raising up the ranks of the feudal system in a country that is at war with its sister country.

there are lots of battles and alot of it has to do with real life strategies in battle. which i love being a military history major...(( it will help when i get my job for the CIA)) plus my friend tells me that some of the people in this anime are from the dark ages in Europe SOOOO thats even cooler.....

has anyone seen this series? if so what do you think of it.

yeah i went to best buy too man and i got nothing....it was weird. we have to rent it from block buster soo im actually having to wait right now to get the fourth and fifth dvd lol

oh really damn that sucks just go to japanimation then it has everything.
