A new anime that I just found out about only on epi 7 and there's about 70. I heard that it's a lot like Death Note so wanted to see for myself.

It's about a top neurosurgeons doctor who pulled out of a current operation he was doing to saved the life of a politician and was greatly rewarded by his boss who owns the hospital. But because of that the turk that he was doing the operation on currently dies. he confess to his fiancee about that and she tells him human life is not equal. the next day he was about to start another operation on a boy who got shot in the head when his boss calls and tell him to stop because the mayor needs his immediate attention. Not liking the biased ways of the hospital he continues this operation and the mayor ends up die. Everything goes down after that the boy goes missing but years later there's a series of killing that somehow links back to the doctor.

Sounds really interesting hows the graphics on it.
