At first, I didn't know what I was gonna do. I wanted to work with a "no layer" background, and have Cloud and Tifa in their own. Buuut, in the end, I deleted a majority of what was on the picture I used and left the characters alone, with the exception of resizing. 'Added stars for kicks and Cloud after-images for laughs. 'Made my own sky BG and crystalized it, with a few blurs here and there. 'Threw in an effected border and text. 'Bout the only things that bugged me at a later point was the lens flare on Cloud and a blurred part on Tifa's arm and hair... *shrugs* Still could use some work, but I'm able to settle with it.
Hmmm....that about wraps it up, I s'pose...
