Well this topic comes up everywhere so I might as well get it over with.
DDR is one of my favorite games of all time. Not only do you get to listen to music but all of the kids who play it are up off the couch. It is a game where you get exercise but there are many good songs too. One of my favorite songs is Sakura.

I'm happy to know that I can now play on Standard (I'm still getting used to it). I'm still having a little trouble with the "upbeat steps", but if I can work on my concentration, it'll be easier on me. It really is a great game - excellent for cardio, though I refuse to believe I lose 10k~30k calories per song...(I turned my 'workout mode' on, so it shows how much calories you lose, and it's calculated in kcal..)
On Feet I am still on Light <.<;
But when I am on the Controller I am on Heavy and on Challange. In my school for a unit in Gym classes it is being used. I asked one of my friends and he sayed he was doing it in gym. I cant wait till next year to do it. I mean it is a great carido workout. When ever I go to the doctor I loose weight. I dont usually leave my houde so this is a great form of exersize for me.
